We recently started holding foodbank sessions in Devizes town centre on a Monday and Thursday. People who have a voucher for the foodbank can come along to collect their box and also speak face to face with a Citizen’s Advice Caseworker. These sessions are going well but we do need more volunteers to help out.
Would you be able to welcome clients, as well as offer to refer them to the Citizens Advice Caseworker attending the session, and provide further signposting support where possible (training will be given)?
