Meet the Trustees
Richard S Oliver OBE – Chair of Trustees
Richard has been a Trustee of the Foodbank since 2016 and became Chairman in 2021. The family moved to Devizes in 2009, having lived in the Middle East for around 15 years.
Richard’s first degree had Economics and Politics as majors and he is particularly interested in Welfare Economics. He took a second degree in finance and was awarded an OBE in 2019 by HM Queen Elizabeth II for services to British business and to the community in the United Arab Emirates.
He is also a Trustee of St James’s Church and of Devizes OpenDoors and is a local School Governor.

Jeremy Davidson

Jeremy has lived in Devizes now for more than 30 years. Recently retired, he worked in Operational and Strategic Risk Management which often kept him away from home.
He is now looking forward to responsibilities that will keep him closer to home.
Anne Graham

Anne is an internal audit and assurance professional with over 25 years’ experience working in complex, highly regulated organisations across the UK and Europe. A Certified Internal Auditor and qualified CIPFA accountant, she has delivered financial, governance and risk reviews for public bodies, charities and international businesses.
She previously worked as a Citizens Advice Bureau debt and money advisor, where she supported clients through complex financial and legal challenges, before later serving as a trustee.
Outside her professional and volunteer work, Anne is an active member of a local book group. She enjoys learning languages—German, French and Spanish—and shares her home with a cat, Monty, as well as her husband. She is a member of Humanists UK.
Anne is committed to supporting local people in crisis and strengthening the Foodbank’s impact across Devizes and the surrounding area.
Imam Hossain

Imam is a dedicated community leader and volunteer deeply committed to tackling food poverty and supporting vulnerable individuals across Devizes and its surroundings.
As a leading decision-maker within the Devizes Muslim Community, he has a proven track record of bringing local organizations together to drive meaningful social impact.
In 2016, Imam spearheaded a successful fundraising initiative for the Devizes & District Foodbank (DDFB), collaborating with the Devizes Muslim Community, former local MP Claire Perry, and the local Mayor.
Recognizing his leadership and commitment to the cause, he was appointed as a Trustee of the Devizes & District Foodbank in January 2017, where he continues to advocate for local families and strengthen community support networks.
